Abstract
Abstracts are not indented and are usually limited to 250 words. It is a short summary of a longer work (e.g., thesis, dissertation or research paper). The abstract summarizes the aims and outcomes of the work which provides readers with a synoptic overview. Best practice is to write the abstract after the remainder of the body of the work.
