The Report to the Executive Board should include the following components:
1. Review your financial and market performance during the first and second year (i.e., all six Quarters)
2. Highlight the key features of the firm’s marketing plan throughout the exercise in each quarter:
A. Brand Strategy
B. Pricing Strategy
C. AdvertisingStrategy D. Sales Channel
3. Assess your current situation and the market (What are your firm’s strengths and weaknesses?)
4. Summarize how you have prepared your firm to compete in the future.
5. What were the lessons learned? What could you do differently?
