I have title, research questions, hypothesis, method type (quantitative, survey – graduate researcher

I have title, research questions, hypothesis, method type (quantitative, survey info), some articles, books listed as reference, and an example of a approved proposal from my department. I just need help putting it all together.
Program Directions for Thesis Proposal: Submit to the Committee a Research Project Prospectus that describes the project succinctly. This should be a brief (e.g., 10-20 pages) description of the background literature, research questions and hypotheses, the methods to be used, the anticipated results and a discussion of the results. This prospectus must be in APA style and must be approved by the Committee Chair before it is distributed to the full committee.
