If you have understanding in this area, this assignment will be fairly easy. If you do not, please do not even
attempt it.
This assignment is to create a ficticious Client Case Scenario of someone with a history of substance use.
The assignment has 2 components.
Component 1 is the Bio-Psycho-Social assessment of a ficticious client. This is a relatively straight-forward 10 page form to be completed and filled out with information for the ficticious Client Case Scenario.
Component 2 is the creation of an outline that lays out and covers the criteria of the
Helping Process Rubric pertaining directly to the created Client Case Scenario.
