The idea is to do a dissertation on how young people 16-25 behave to online shopping and in-store compared to older generation 40-50, which one excites more in each generation and why they prefer that. Please mention how people order online and stop making plans on the delivery day and how this compares to in-store shopping and how these experiences differ. For the mythology I will do interviews and online surveys for this, interviews so people can describe their feeling from their experiences better and surveys to gain a wider research audience? Please read brief and example attached.
