The purpose of this research paper is to gain a broader understanding of Exit West, to learn to incorporate your own voice and analysis with those of experts, and to continue to practice employing MLA guidelines for citation and documentation. This essay, like the others you have written for this class, is an argumentative rather than an informative essay. That is, it will be based on a thesis statement which you will be arguing about the novel, with support from your outside sources. Exit West is the primary source for this essay.
