Use in-text citations throughout the paper to reference all sources used.
Introduction: Describe the OB problem that the organization is experiencing and why it is important and interesting. It will be helpful to provide background on the organization (the type of organization, what they do, etc.). At the end, state the goal/purpose of the paper and what is to come.
You will want to do some background research of the company regarding its history, structure, etc. to be able to describe the company and create a “story” around the issue. (Or, if you are using a fictional company, you can make up this information). Start off by giving a short background on the company, building up to a discussion the OB problem (e.g., low motivation).
