The paper will contain a thesis that you attempt to prove (i.e., the paper is not to be merely descriptive), and will cite at least four secondary sources (peer-reviewed scholarly articles or books—websites do not count). Use the Chicago Manual of Style for formatting issues (especially citations). All papers must be stapled, paginated, typed with 12-point font, and double-spaced with one- inch margins.
