NEED A PERFECT PAPER? PLACE YOUR FIRST ORDER AND SAVE 15% USING COUPON:

You Econ Project should be about 1000 to 1500-words-long plus tables, graphs, and
references. I don’t care about margins, reference styles, etc. – as long as your paper
reads well.
You should write the paper based on a central hypothesis that you develop based on
your research. What are your main ideas or suggested policies? Your grade will be
based on your writing style, demonstrated research, and how you support your central
hypothesis. You should have at least 3-5 references.
Please choose from one of the following topics.
1. World Trade. Watch the WSJ video posted under Lecture 07. The video refers
to several aspects of Supply Chain issues of International Trade: explosion of
international trade in the last 30-40 years, Offshoring, Shipping Logistics, Port
Logistics, Trucking Issues, Warehousing, and the Last Mile Problem. Choose
any one of these topics. Write in detail about the issues involved and possible
improvements suggested. Write your report in the context of the larger supply
chain challenges that the world faces now.
2. Immigration. Several articles have been posted under the topic of immigration
(Lecture 08). Focus on one of the Chapters (Chapter 3 through 9) in “The
Economic and Fiscal Consequences of Immigration,” (Panel on the Economic and
Fiscal Consequences of Immigration, Francine D. Blau and Christopher
Mackie, Editors). Do your own research on the broader issues related to
Chapter you have chosen. Write your paper in the context of immigration
theories and debates discussed in class.
3. Current World Investment Climate. Summarize and provide a critical
Review of the World Investment Report 2020 posted (Lecture 09). Do your
own research as you review the Report in the context of the pandemic and the
post-pandemic world. What are your policy suggestions?

Repot (Oct 2021) (https://www.imf.org/en/publications/gfsr). This issue is
on Covid, Crypto and the Climate. Do your own research as you review the
